Although The Carriage House Inn is the largest B&B in Fredericton, the Innkeepers Jamie and Natalie Jardine know how important it is to feel like an invited guest and less of a reservation number! They live on-site and pride themselves on attentive service and making sure each guest feels comfortable and enjoys themselves!
We offer local Maritime charm and a hearty home-cooked breakfast each morning (located in our elegant ballroom) to fuel whatever the day will bring!
Jamie is the General Manager, he was born in St. Stephen and moved to Fredericton in 1988. Natalie was born and raised in Fredericton.
The house itself is owned by Stacy Parker, who has family roots in the Maritimes and lives in Barrie, Ontario.
ABOUT THE NEIGHBOURHOOD
The Carriage House Inn is nestled among the beautiful trees and other original Victorian homes along University Avenue in downtown Fredericton.
While we are in a fairly quiet neighbourhood, we are located within a 10-minute riverside walk to the downtown core, which is home to historical museums, two major universities, seasonal festivals and dozens of restaurants.
There is a small convenience store located a block away from the Inn and a laundromat is a three-minute drive away.
