ABOUT US
Although The Carriage House Inn is the largest B&B in Fredericton, the Innkeeper, Emily knows how important it is to feel like an invited guest and less of a reservation number! She lives on-site and prides herself on attentive service and making sure each guest feels comfortable and enjoys themselves!
We offer local Maritime charm and a hearty home-cooked breakfast each morning (located in our elegant ballroom) to fuel whatever the day will bring!
Emily is the General Manager, She grew up on Campobello Island where she worked in tourism for 6 years. She moved to Fredericton in 2016 and is excited to bring her knowledge and share her enthusiasm with our guests!
The house itself is owned by Stacy Parker, who has family roots in the Maritimes and lives in Barrie, Ontario.
ABOUT THE NEIGHBOURHOOD
The Carriage House Inn is nestled among the beautiful trees and other original Victorian homes along University Avenue in downtown Fredericton.
While we are in a fairly quiet neighbourhood, we are located within a 10-minute riverside walk to the downtown core, which is home to historical museums, two major universities, seasonal festivals and dozens of restaurants.
There is a small convenience store located a block away from the Inn and a laundromat is a three-minute drive away.

When you book a guest room at The Carriage House Inn, consider yourself at home! You will be greeted by our friendly host, Emily, who lives at the Inn and is available around the clock. Guests will have access to the main living room, patios (front porch and second floor) and a third-floor library. Our goal is ensure your stay is enjoyable and comfortable!
An all-inclusive gourmet hot breakfast is available daily at The Carriage House Inn. Whether you are starting an adventure, sightseeing, or simply passing through town, our delectable home-cooked dishes such as French toast, hearty oatmeal and our special Carriage House eggs will help fuel whatever the day will bring! Daily maid service is also included.
