Although The Carriage House Inn is the largest B&B in Fredericton, the Innkeeper, Angie knows how important it is to feel like an invited guest and less of a reservation number! She lives on-site and prides herself on attentive service and making sure each guest feels comfortable and enjoys themselves!
We offer local Maritime charm and a hearty home-cooked breakfast each morning (located in our elegant ballroom) to fuel whatever the day will bring!
ABOUT THE NEIGHBOURHOOD
The Carriage House Inn is nestled among the beautiful trees and other original Victorian homes along University Avenue in downtown Fredericton.
While we are in a fairly quiet neighbourhood, we are located within a 10-minute riverside walk to the downtown core, which is home to historical museums, two major universities, seasonal festivals and dozens of restaurants.
There is a small convenience store located a block away from the Inn and a laundromat is a three-minute drive away.

Whether you are starting an adventure, sightseeing, or simply passing through town, our delectable home-cooked dishes such as our famous New Brunswick Blueberry and Banana Pancakes, will help fuel whatever the day will bring! Daily maid service is also included.
