Nestled on the quiet third floor, these cozy rooms are brimming with the authentic character of 1875. Smaller certainly doesn’t mean basic; each space is a charming retreat featuring a comfortable queen bed (with select room offering an additional single) and your choice of a private in-room washroom or a private washroom just across the hall.

We ensure your comfort in every season with individual floor heaters for chilly nights and air conditioning units for the summer months, along with plenty of extra blankets to keep you snug. To keep you connected, we’ve installed a WiFi booster specifically for our top-floor guests. While our historic home does not have an elevator, we are always delighted to assist you with your luggage to the third floor.

Your stay is completed by our signature home-cooked breakfast served in the elegant ballroom downstairs. From here, the historic beauty of downtown Fredericton is just a short, pleasant walk away, making these rooms a wonderful "nest" for your city getaway.
